My Hiding Place – Psalm 91:1-2

Just like the Morton Salt girls umbrella, God is our protection. He covers us in the rain and shelters us from harm just like an umbrella. We can’t be gripped by fear and fail to spread that Salt in the trial. If you want protection and peace, pack your bags.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust – Psalm 91:1-2. This is a dwelling place; A place to stay; to inhabit. This is not for the passer-by. It is not a recharging station. It’s not a vacation spot. This is a place to live. We are supposed to live there; to remain there IF…if we want God’s protection and God’s peace to cover our lives and remove fear from us.
